Exchange of goods purchased online


Returns/Exchanges of store-bought merchandise: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is undamaged, you may return it to us for an exchange.

In accordance with Article L. 114-1 of the Consumer Code, which gives the Customer a right of withdrawal, you have the option of returning any item that does not give you complete satisfaction within 7 days from the date of receipt of your package (date of La Poste).

The return costs are at your expense (we recommend you choose a return or tracking).

You can exchange your item for a different size or for another model. The exchange value is the one indicated on your exchange voucher (value including VAT discount deducted).

In the case of an exchange against a product of a higher amount, the difference will be at your expense.

In the case of an exchange against a product of a lower amount, we will not refund the difference, but you can complete your purchase with another item.

No credit note or refund is given in the store.

If the exchange is not possible, we ask you to make a return request via your account. After validation, you will have to proceed to the return within 2 days.
